1. 30-Day Exchange Policy: We offer a 30-day exchange policy for all electric bicycles purchased from eStar Rides. If you encounter any technical defects or issues with your electric bicycle within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly exchange it for a new one.

2. Proof of Purchase: To be eligible for an exchange, you must present a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. This is necessary to verify the date of purchase and ensure that the exchange falls within the 30-day timeframe.

3. Condition of the Electric Bicycle: The electric bicycle must be in its original condition, with no signs of misuse, damage caused by accidents, or alterations made by unauthorized third parties. The bicycle should be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

4. Exchange Procedure: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day period. They will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return authorization number. The electric bicycle should be returned to our store or shipped to us in its original packaging with the return authorization number clearly marked on the package.

5. Product Inspection: Upon receiving the returned electric bicycle, our technical team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria for exchange. If any signs of misuse or damage are detected, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange and return the electric bicycle to you.

6. Replacement Electric Bicycle: Once the returned electric bicycle is approved for exchange, we will provide you with a replacement electric bicycle of the same model or a comparable model if the original model is unavailable. The replacement electric bicycle will be subject to its own warranty period.

7. No Money Back: Please note that at eStar Rides, we do not offer monetary refunds. Our refund policy is limited to exchanges only within the specified 30-day period.

8. Warranty Coverage: Beyond the 30-day exchange period, your electric bicycle may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty terms and conditions provided with your purchase for further details.
