Job Description

As a Sales Representative at eStar Rides, you will be the face of our company, responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, explaining our products, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your passion for eco-friendly transportation and your ability to connect with customers will play a crucial role in our success.


  • Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, offering product information and guidance.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our electric bikes, scooters, and motorcycles, explaining features, benefits, and usage to customers.
  • Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to showcase the performance and advantages of our products.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, provide product support, and handle any post-sale questions or concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of product inventory, restock shelves, and notify the Operations Manager of any restocking needs.
  • Store Presentation: Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to create a positive shopping environment.
  • Upkeep of Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to better serve customers.


  • Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Passion for eco-friendly transportation and a strong desire to promote sustainable solutions.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on product details.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
