At eStar Rides, we don’t just sell and service electric bikes and scooters — we deliver a full customer experience. We’re hiring an Admin & Customer Support Specialist who can keep our shop organized, our team informed, and our customers happy from the moment they walk in (or call) to the moment they ride out.

About the Role
As an Admin & Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for managing front-of-house operations, building relationships with customers, and keeping the store environment clean, efficient, and welcoming. You’ll support all departments — sales, rentals, and repairs — with your organization, communication, and people skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers and guide them to the right team member
- Manage inbound calls, texts, and emails from customers
- Book appointments for repairs and test rides
- Track service timelines and communicate updates to customers
- Keep the store front clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
- Enter and update repair tickets in our POS/repair platform
- Assist with sales checkout and rental coordination as needed
- Build long-term relationships with returning customers and frequent riders
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in a customer-facing, retail, or admin role
- Comfortable juggling scheduling, front-desk service, and support tasks
- Self-starter who can take initiative to keep the shop in order
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience with POS systems (like Lightspeed) or repair tools (like Hubtiger or RepairDesk)
- Passion for clean transportation, bikes, or mobility tech
