At eStar Rides, we don’t just sell and service electric bikes and scooters — we deliver a full customer experience. We’re hiring an Admin & Customer Support Specialist who can keep our shop organized, our team informed, and our customers happy from the moment they walk in (or call) to the moment they ride out.

About the Role

As an Admin & Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for managing front-of-house operations, building relationships with customers, and keeping the store environment clean, efficient, and welcoming. You’ll support all departments — sales, rentals, and repairs — with your organization, communication, and people skills.
